Configure and customize Pega applications using PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Perform unit testing and support QA teams during system testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner Must Haves: Experience with Pega frameworks such as Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, Pega Care Management, or Pega Claims for Healthcare.
