Role: Support Engineer

Location: San Diego CA Onsite role day 1

Onsite Role 5 days a week.

Day to day user support including hardware and laptop/desktop support.

Should have good understanding of Microsoft application such as MS office, Windows 10, printer server.

Good understanding with Microsoft office 365 L1 Admin task.

Good communication skill.

User should have good understanding with conference software like ZOOM, Microsoft Team and Webex.

Good troubleshooting skill and proactive.

Good communicator.

Should have knowledge how to image laptops and troubleshoot imaging laptops.

Good understanding for Microsoft Active Directory.
