Please find below requirement and let me know your interest S4 HANA Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA Onsite Duration: Long term Role Description: Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive S4 HANA program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for support.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present program reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accessibility for future reference. Competencies: Program Management Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree or PMP certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in the high-tech industry.Proven track record of managing large-scale programs from inception to completion.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Desirable Skills: Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.Familiarity with high-tech industry trends and technologies.
