Title: Program Manager - Testing Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Long term contract on C2C/ W2 Responsibilities: Manage Testing Processes: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of software tests. Develop Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software products. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process. Required Skills: Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with SQL, data collection, and end-to-end testing. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
