Aspects of this role * Develop a Consultation Portal to facilitate engagement with key programs * Enhance SDK Libraries for SREUtils (Code Libraries to be leveraged for SRE Resiliency and Code Patterns) * Create an SRE Blueprint for Application Onboarding (With Code Examples of Design Patterns) * Establish SRE Functions Framework (Functions that are How-To step by step guides on leveraging existing platforms and services to bring increased reliability and availability to our services) * Offer Guidance and Feedback on MRs opened by Internal AMEX Engineers that are adding content to "The SRE Way" ## Day to Day * Building out Documentation for The SRE Way. * Offering Feedback and Guidance on Open MRs and Engineering team. * Reaching out to teams to help get their Content into "The SRE Way". * Writing Code in Java, Kotlin or Go. * Designing and Implementing the Engagement Form.
