Title: Technical Release Engineer Location : Issaquah, WA (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week) Start Date: ASAP Type: Contract Experience working for Mobile App development Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan release schedules for iOS and Android applications Maintain accurate documentation of release processes, including release notes, deployment instructions, and version control Monitor the performance of iOS and Android applications post-release, including app crashes, performance issues, and user feedback. Collaborate with development teams to address any issues and release patches or updates as necessary. Keep stakeholders informed about the status of releases, including progress, milestones, and any issues or delays Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the release process, to increase efficiency It is good if candidates have experience with the deployment of iOS and Android applications Monitoring release pipelines and responding promptly to any issues or failures. Managing code repositories and branching strategies to facilitate parallel development efforts. Implementing best practices for version control, code merging, and release management.
