Proficiency in project management software and tools. Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex IT projects/Programs within the organization. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
