| Job Title: Mainframe Automation Engineer Location: Dallas, TX/Tampa, FL/ Jersey City, NJ Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, DB2, CICS & MF MQ, REXX must have: o Strong knowledge in mainframe hardware, operation & maintenance, DB2, CICS & MF MQ o Understanding of mainframe SMPE, dysprosium testing o Automation knowledge- Rexx programming o Connectivity test from MF - Rexx programming + socket calls. o Responsible for understanding the current IVPs/ logs files to determine/ provide feedback to the mainframe on any additional ways to validate the MF changes/ upgrade o Work with the MF team to coordinate with the app dev and the corresponding ETE functional test teams to have them run their regression test for the MF changes/upgrades. Responsibility/Expectations: Interact with the client team and guide them on best practices. Develop automation framework for Testing Mainframe Infrastructure components.
