Ability to create and manage workflows using Flow designer and Workflow Editor. Proficiency with ServiceNow API architecture, Rest integrations and Scripted REST API development. Extensive knowledge in the Advanced Work Assignment module such as setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity and should be able to troubleshoot technical issues within the Agent Chat and Configurable workspace.
