Position: Program Manager Location: 2 days a week/on site in Owing Mills MD Duration: 6 months Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead complex technical and business programs that cut across multiple teams ensuring we continue to build industry leading experiences and capabilities. You will utilize expertise and leadership skills to coach and steer your team to help manage the product, or programs goals and OKRs. The main function is to oversee and drive all of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. Business knowledge: Knowledge of Asset Management, FinTech, Financial industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification 8-10 years experience 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a preference for Asset Management.
