Job Description: Able to troubleshoot and do technical Analysis on hardware & Windows OS related issues. Able to write code in VBScript, C# & PowerShell. Ability to take on multiple initiatives at once. Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodology. Experience in Rally, MS VSTS or similar agile tool. Advanced skills within the Microsoft Windows Environment. Design process flows and implement best practices. Knowledge of Microsoft .Net framework development approaches. Ability to read and write pseudocode from the following: C#, VBS, PowerShell, Perl, ASP. Good organization skills: ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment. Fast learner and adaptable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate business needs to technical resources. Discuss with Stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into actionable items for project teams. Ability to help QA to design test scenarios. Define configuration specifications by applying business requirements. Ability to perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback to product teams.
