The OTM Implementation Specialist will be ceos responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions for our clients on our baseline solution. This role involves working closely with clients/ operations to understand their business requirements, configuring the OTM cloud baseline to meet those needs. To do this job efficiently, the candidate should be able to learn the baseline solution from the solution documentation available. Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and operations to understand their transportation management needs. Create a design document for the gaps identified in the baseline solution against the customer's ask. Configure and customize the OTM system based on the design document. Create stories and test scripts for different teams. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets functional and performance requirements. Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation process. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configuration and performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each implementation project.
