| From: ayush, Scalable Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Microsoft D365 Platform Specialist - Salesforce Location: Santa Clara, CA About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce and Dynamics 365 environments. Responsibilities: Participate in weekly Production deployment validation and deployment in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environments. (DevOps, CI/CD) Install and upgrade packages as required in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment. (Salesforce Admin, Microsoft Dynamics Admin) Help with user maintenance activities. (Salesforce Admin, Microsoft Dynamics Admin) Analyze business requirements by collaborating with different teams, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. (Business Solution Analyst) Work with Release management team for cutovers representing Platform team. (Release Management) Help with any maintenance activities where Platform team is involved. Help with troubleshooting of any deployment issues under platform teams purview. (DevOps) Help with any automation requirement for deployment. (DevOps) Participate in any data migration activities for the D365 environments. (Microsoft Dynamics Admin) Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in a technical role related to Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration. Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration. Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices. Working experience in a Scrum development team environment. Experience with the CDM (Common Data Model). Experience in developing case management solutions using CRM platforms. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse. Understanding of Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of application integration with Power Apps (a plus). Knowledge of Power Automate (a plus).
