| From: khushboo, Digital Dhara [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title AI Engineer Location - Hartford, Connecticut /Onsite Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving issues related to GPT models like Chat GPT Open AI, Copilot, Gamini and Bedrock Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and identifying root causes. Escalate issues to L3 support or engineering teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to address customer feedback and improve product functionality. Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes, technical solutions, and best practices. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for L1 support staff. Monitor system performance and user reports to proactively identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 16/5 support coverage as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology environment. Understanding of AI and natural language processing concepts. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing software and network issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with support ticketing systems and remote support tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GPT models like Chat GPT Open AI, Copilot, Gamini and Bedrock or other AI-based conversational systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS). Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
