Hi please resumes to [email protected] Title : PEGA Smart Dispute Business Analyst/Product Owner Location : Charlotte, NC/ Raleigh NC/Atlanta GA ( Hybrid) Experience: 10+ only Value technology looking a skilled and experienced PEGA Smart Dispute Business Analyst/Product Owner with specialized knowledge in cards and payments, as well as banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining business requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring PEGA Smart Dispute solutions to optimize dispute management processes within the financial services industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to dispute management and resolution processes. Design and document functional specifications, business rules, and user stories for the implementation of PEGA Smart Dispute solutions. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the cards and payments domain. Configure and customize PEGA Smart Dispute components to align with business requirements and industry best practices. Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with PEGA developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Smart Dispute solutions. Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on cards and payments. Proven experience working on PEGA Smart Dispute implementations or similar dispute management platforms. Strong understanding of dispute processing workflows, chargeback rules, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Reg E, Reg Z) in the banking sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
