The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, with a strong focus on analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep proficiency in SQL and writing stored procedures with MS SQL. This role requires expertise in full stack development within a Microsoft Azure environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards. Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure high performance and reliability. Implement front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and ensure seamless integration with back-end services. Manage and deploy applications in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, utilizing Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and security of applications. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures. Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar). Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
