Do not look for AEP as that is more of a foundation which is needed for any Adobe CJA to work. Here are some additional comments from the client. Candidate who has hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA); heavy towards CJA - as primary requirement is for CJA but should also have worked with AEP, since both the tools are closely related with each other [AEP is the source of Data -> for CJA (reporting tool)] CJA experience: Someone who has implemented AEP->CJA Connection including Dataset mapping(from AEP), Primary IDs (Person ID) identifications, Data rolling windows etc. Created Data Views, various Metrics and Dimensions, including calculated metrics Created Reports (Projects) using different types of Panels, Visualization like Freeform Table, Cohort Table, Fallout, Flows etc. AEP experience (basic to intermediate - closely linked with CJA): Experience with XDM (Experience Data Modelling), Schemas, Datasets creation Identity resolution , Unified Profile; Segmentation basic knowledge. Basic knowledge of source data ingestion and destination setup, segment activation. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the data integration process from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Analyze large datasets within CJA to derive actionable insights. Assist with validating pre- and post-production analytics, tagging, and data integrity. Maximize technology platforms to aggregate multiple digital data sources and provide cross-platform insights primarily Adobe Analytics. Utilize SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the transfer and analysis process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions. Implement best practices for data governance and compliance within the Adobe ecosystem. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in AEP and CJA, leveraging these for continuous improvement of data processes. Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on data analytics best practices. Document all processes, configurations, and changes within the data analytics framework. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and analysis. Solid understanding of data integration, management, and analytics principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
