The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of experience in business analysis within the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on wound care processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Healthcare Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of healthcare processes, specifically in the wound care area, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, IT teams, and business units, to gather and document business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process changes. Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes. Must have power BI skills Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that align with business needs, ensuring they are feasible, cost-effective, and enhance the overall efficiency of wound care processes. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test plans, to support project development and implementation. Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiencies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on healthcare processes, particularly in wound care. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, business process modeling, and project management software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
