The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in SAP PM, with a proven track record of leading and managing SAP PM implementation projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Omaha, NE, once a week. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead SAP PM implementation and enhancement projects from inception to completion. Manage a team of SAP PM consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide strategic direction and oversight for the SAP PM module, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. System Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of the SAP PM module to meet business requirements. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate go-live activities. Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user guides. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues. Ensure user adoption and proficiency through regular training sessions and support. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all SAP PM configurations and processes. Conduct regular system audits and reviews to maintain data integrity and system reliability. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest level of system performance and user satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP PM, with a focus on implementation and project management. Proven experience leading large-scale SAP PM projects and managing cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP PM module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices in various industries. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with the latest SAP technologies and trends. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
