The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing and automating ServiceNow applications and integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow implementations. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, JavaScript, and other tools/frameworks for testing ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases and test plans. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and other quality-related metrics. Design and implement test strategies for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, modules, and integrations. Perform regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing of ServiceNow applications. Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide recommendations for improving testing processes and implementing best practices in ServiceNow QA automation.
