This role requires a professional who is passionate about data, has a strong analytical mindset, and possesses advanced proficiency in DAX. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Design Dashboards: Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making processes. DAX Functions: Utilize advanced DAX functions to create complex measures, calculated columns, and tables to meet business requirements. Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This includes importing, transforming, and merging data. Performance Tuning: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain robust data models, ensuring data integrity and relevance. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver actionable insights. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, promoting self-service BI. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, reports, and dashboards. Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices, implementing improvements as necessary. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
