Job Title: AEM Techno Functional Consultant Work Location: New York, NY (Hybrid- 2 days onsite & 3 days remote) Visa Status: USC, GC, H1B, H4-EAD, GC-EAD and L2-EAD Experience: 13+ Years Note: No PST Zone or No West Coast (California, Oregon, and Washington, Nevada State Candidates) Job Description: We are looking for a Techno-Functional AEM Consultant. The candidate should have worked on/have an understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud projects The candidate should have experience working as a Product Owner (PO) /Business Analyst role and drive requirements for the project. Should be conversant working with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. Should be well versed with Agile working methodologies and processes He/She will be working with another BA and the team working out of Bangalore/IST time zone. Key Responsibility Areas: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams working on AEM projects. Mentor and train developers on AEM best practices and development standards. Development and Support: Lead the implementation/support of AEM-based applications, including customization, integration, and extension of the AEM platform. Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality and scalable code. Design and implement integrations between AEM and other enterprise systems, including third-party applications and services. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between AEM and other technology components. Conduct performance analysis and optimization of AEM applications to ensure optimal user experience. Implement caching strategies and other techniques to enhance application performance.
