| From: anilj, RBC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Salesforce Project Manager Responsibilities Project Manager Coordinate with Client PM for organizing all workshopsdiscussions stakeholder connects Regular reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early Exp in leading a team of 30 member Exp in data migration product implementation team management external client interaction Implement project management quality assurance and control procedures Work to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition Work closely with architects technical teams Business analysts to deliver project scope on time on budget and with high quality deliverables Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates project budgets and timelines Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required including quality plans issues and action logs risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment Lead the delivery team drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully Ensure business and assignment risks are identified monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success Should have proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology Conduct status monitoring and reporting Ensure timely delivery of milestones Track Monitor and report key metrics on projects Should have understanding of Quality process and implementing them in projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Risk management periodic review of project risks and people risks and development of mitigating strategies Create sprint backlog if any conduct daily scrum Initiate escalations as appropriate Ensure project is executed as per the right methodology Responsibilities Salesforce Architect Tool based analysis of the Salesforce landscape and deep dive on identified focus areas Prioritize the areas of tech debt by value to business and effort Categorize the findings eliminate false positives and build the roadmap for Refactoring Outlined recommendation on greenfield vs brownfield Manufacturing Cloud adoption etc Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of SFDC including data model role hierarchy sharing and security model Provide functional architecture strategy and guidance for all SFDC rollouts Design for adoption strategy Reviews functional design for initiatives and lead defining dev standards and best practices Expert in Salesforce Sales Service Experience Mfg Cloud and Salesforce CPQ Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Review solutions and recommending improvements Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project Own the design of Salesforce and optionally other affiliated solutions for Sales Service and platform solutions Act as a release manager approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments Where appropriate this could include deploying changes Provide guidance on user story writing style Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications Ensure documentation of the steps for testing Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce Collaborative project and workstream planning ContrSkills Delivery Management Keywords: Salesforce Project Manager [email protected] |
