Role/Title Principal Consultant (Senior Business Analyst) Primary Skills/expertise Logistics Business Analyst- 6-15 years of Experience Preferred skills/expertise Well versed with PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher XML, MS-Office, OTM/GTM/WMS Role & Responsibilities Candidate should be working in area like logistics /warehousing/ shipping/ Freight Forwarding / trade management/ transport management/ working in Information technology department under same specified industry. Understanding on Export/import process, documentations, custom & compliances, INCO terms, E2E shipping process, should relate & understanding of Warehouse/logistics/shipping terminology etc. Deep understanding of warehouse/transportation day to day operations Preferred existing job profile: Logistics/warehouse manager, operations executive, customer service, Compliances trade profile, End users of any TMS/WMS (OTM/OWMS) Manage Project account with functional expertise on OTM/GTM Application Day to Day interaction with Client and Stakeholders for project deliveries, updates and new Change Requests Responsible to gather Customer Requirement, Understand Supply Chain Business, create functional specifications, provide logic to Add on - Configure OTM modules & design the business requirements, must have done/worked on Migration projects Co-ordinate with Stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teams in a matrixed environment Developing standards and processes, encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
