This role is for lower/ mid-tier candidates to help from a support perspective. They will be interfacing with ZimVies Marketing team and be tier 1 and 2support for the platform. They wouldlike to offload the burden from their marketing team and not escalate manyissues to the provider that they currently work with. The product that they would be working withis Oracle Commerce 22D. Required Skills (Listed in Order ofImportance): Bachelors degree MUST have 3 years of demonstratedexperience supporting Oracle Commerce; Oracle Cloud CX. Must have been part of supporting atleast one integration back into Oracle Cloud. Experienced support specialist that iscapable to updating the look of the eStore, updaqting images, creatingpromotions, creation/updating products and support of the overall end userexperience when there are bugs that need to be fixed. Understanding of Life Sciences orhighly regulated environments, must have previous experience working on Global organization. Outstanding communication skills asevidenced by ability to articulate complex technical concepts and businessimpacts to diverse audiences, including executives. This resource will bedirectly reporting to Senior Level Executives.
