Remote but preferred Hybrid if possible. Duration: 12-24 months Preferred Government agency experience but not mandatory. Need two (2) Senior IP Network people who have Telecomm large-scale client experience. 12-15+ years of experience and have performed in Lead roles. NextGen 911 is not mandatory, it is only highly desired, but they must have VoIP / Data elements experience. These two people will serve in a senior capacity work with the client and project manager, and lead less experienced teams. Must have experience in business and network requirements, business changes, protocols, hands-on with IP Networks and elements, and working with the business. Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates will be required to help fill out their client matrix and reference forms. The matrix is not that hard, but the person will need to take the time to do it correctly. Team project with 6 people. I just need two more Senior IP Network folks. Working in telecom, and IP networks, but this is not a Cisco / Router network hardware role. This is working with the business to recommend changes, tracking, etc. a. Notify all NG 9-1-1 vendors and PSAPs when the schedule has been developed. b. Notification to PSAPs, PNSP, RNSP, Cal OES, and any other vendor/stakeholder as necessary, that is scheduled a minimum of two (2) weeks and 48 hours before the scheduled pre- migration and migration dates. c. Provide PSAP notification via email and a telephone call to all contact persons on record provided by Cal OES. d. Maintain a log of all communication to each stakeholder. e. Support conference call bridges to ensure compliance with the testing plan. f. Build and maintain a schedule to complete pre-migration testing and carrier migration at each PSAP. g. Manage daily schedule and notify NG 9-1-1 vendors, PSAPs, Cal OES, and stakeholders. h. Reschedule PSAPs in the event the appointment is canceled or unable to be completed and communicated with NG 9-1-1 vendors, PSAPs, Cal OES, and stakeholders. i. Ensure all resources needed from NG -1-1 vendors, PSAPs, Cal OES, and stakeholders have been notified and are available to support the testing plan. 6.5.1. TECHNICAL LEAD MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS a. Minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. b. Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. 6.5.2. TECHNICAL LEAD DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS a. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with complex IP networks that deliver voice and other data elements. b. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with project planning and analysis, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
