The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and financial technology, with a focus on ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of our ATM infrastructure. progress and address any issues that may arise during implementation. ATM Network Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of the ATM network. Analyze transaction data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Work closely with vendors to implement software and hardware upgrades. Compliance and Security : Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security protocols. Collaborate with the security team to implement and enhance security measures for ATM transactions. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with ATM vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets related to ATM operations and projects. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible. Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for operational staff on ATM procedures and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience 7-10+ years in project management, with a focus on ATM operations or financial technology projects. Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and security standards related to ATM operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
