Title: Adobe Workfront Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite) Terms: Contract Job Details: Setting up and configuring Adobe Workfront to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes creating custom forms, workflows, templates, and fields to streamline operations and match business processes. Hands on experience with Workfront Fusion. Developing custom scripts and integrations with other enterprise tools such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud). This ensures seamless data flow and functionality across various business functions. Managing user roles and permissions within Adobe Workfront to ensure security and appropriate access controls. This involves setting up groups, teams, and access levels to protect sensitive data and optimize workflow. Providing training and support to users on how to effectively use Adobe Workfront. This includes creating user guides, FAQs, and training sessions to ensure that all team members can leverage the platform to its fullest potential. Monitoring system performance and user activity to ensure optimal efficiency and usability. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing regular driven decisions and improving business processes. Keeping the system up to date with the latest releases and upgrades from Adobe. This includes testing new features and ensuring compatibility with existing workflows and integrations. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and workflows within Adobe Workfront to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
