ERP background nice to have, Demonstrate outstanding flexibility and leadership with communication of performance test result interpretation and explanation to both IT and Business Users. Resilience & Reliability Testing Experience - High Availability Design, Resilient Architecture, Scalability & Capacity Analysis, SLA/SLO analysis Design and build processes to monitor if applications are performing according to SLAs and measure the performance Should be able to understand application system / architecture and develop performance test strategy and plan, and work through the execution.
