Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Lead the development and deployment of managed packages, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and effective use of Salesforce technologies. Perform code reviews and oversee the deployment process, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure optimal solution design. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong focus on managed package development. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and managed package lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, data modelling, and integration patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification. Experience in developing AppExchange applications. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in other programming languages and technologies, such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs.
