The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in EComm domain, Agile methodologies, story creation, and PI events. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements Key Responsibilities: 1. Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery of value. 2. Story Creation: Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define requirements. Ensure that stories are well-defined and ready for development teams. 3. Program Increment (PI) Events: Knowledgeable in PI planning and execution. Participate in PI planning sessions to ensure alignment of business goals and technical capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs. 4. Business Process Analysis: - Good exposure in EComm domain. Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose solutions and optimizations to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and requirements. 5. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and expectations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. 6. Technical Skills and Tools: Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite. Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel). Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. 7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 8. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
