Managing Solution Architect ServiceNow Technical Architect Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the Fujitsu SaaS practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with strong ServiceNow experience to join our dynamic solutions team. Role and Accountabilities: This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Architect with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:- Architect and design robust ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management. Lead technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Provide expert guidance in ServiceNow module integration, scalability, and performance optimization. Establish and maintain a ServiceNow architectural roadmap, aligning with the client's evolving business needs. Conduct system and performance analysis to ensure ServiceNow infrastructure integrity. Mentor team members in ServiceNow technology, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements:- Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.- Strong background in ITSM and ITIL frameworks. Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex ServiceNow implementations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant scripting languages. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred:- ServiceNow certifications Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITAM Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management.- ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities Mandatory Skills: Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (Preference: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITAM Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management). Min 5 years of experience in a similar role.
