| Business Analyst/ Data Analyst with Supply Chain background Location: Titusville, NJ Onsite Duration: Long term contract Year of Experience - 5yrs - 7yrs Junior Role Our client is now looking for a business analyst for a project, with a background on supply Chain knowledge and possible certification in Supply chain Management We are looking for a person with: High analytics skills being able to congest vast complex information, analyse it and bring conclusions Communication skills being able to within spoken words or documentation (sketches/PPT/word etc.) be able to communicate complex concepts, processes and solutions Technical understanding good SQL writing skills is required. Person with Teradata System knowledge is preferred. Ability to write advanced SQL scripts to analyze the data and provide insight to the Business. Exposure to any ETL tools or the knowledge of Data Warehousing is essential. Self motivated person with high drive and be able to identify and define issues and drive for solution for such issues, working with the Business partners. Required competence Expected experience and skills: 3+ years of experience within a Business Analyst role and Data Analyst role. Experience of business analysis, i.e. collecting and creating requirements/user stories for complex IT solutions - Bringing ideas into a backlog of user stories for a development team to develop. Create structure, transparency and context. Experience in Agile development processes and managing requirements supporting an Agile process.
