Candidates may be based anywhere in Canada/US. 240 Hours total for 19 weeks project. Mandatory Skills: Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (Preference: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITAM Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management). Min 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. Role and Accountabilities: This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Architect with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: - Architect and design robust ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management. - Lead technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Provide expert guidance in ServiceNow module integration, scalability, and performance optimization. - Establish and maintain a ServiceNow architectural roadmap, aligning with the client's evolving business needs. - Conduct system and performance analysis to ensure ServiceNow infrastructure integrity. - Mentor team members in ServiceNow technology, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements: - Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. - Strong background in ITSM and ITIL frameworks. - Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex ServiceNow implementations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. - Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant scripting languages. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred: - ServiceNow certifications - Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITAM Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management. - ITIL v3 certification - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills - Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities -- -- Thanks & Regards..
