Title: Lead Java Full Stack Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (HYBRID) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Need LOCAL to NORTH CAROLINA (No Relocation) Need GC or USC only (NO Other Visas) Key Responsibilities: Resolves complex problems spanning multiple applications to drive improvements across portfolios; leads projects with significant business implications, participates in planning and priority estimates, and advises Software Engineers; executes with limited guidance Solves complex cross-functional architecture/design and business problems; solutions are extensible; works to simplify, optimize, remove bottlenecks, etc. Share their in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field 7 years of experience in software development or a related field 6 years of experience in database technologies 6 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) Well-rounded, Full Stack experience with proficiency in Front End Framework such as React and strong experience in backend frameworks such as Spring Boot. Good hands on developing using TypeScript. Strong knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin. Proficiency with tools like JMeter, PerfX for performance testing. Experience in benchmarking Applications to measure performance under various conditions. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Tools. Ability to create applications that work well on various devices and screen resolutions.
