Duration: Long term Rate: $65/hr on C2C Need PP number NO and cpt and t visas Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 8 years of experience in bioinformatics , data engineering, or related roles. Proficiency in programming languages Ex: Python, R, or Java. Experience with data processing frameworks and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop). Strong knowledge of bioinformatics databases, tools, and resources (e.g., NCBI, Ensemble, UCSC Genome Browser). Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
