Identify the problem areas and provide recommendations for the future enhancements and solutions based on the business challenges. Work closely with IT/Business teams to respond to, proactively identify challenges that can be solved with process improvements. Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise language so that the Developers can comprehend the requirements.
