Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design, development, and performance tuning. Strong expertise in SSIS and proven experience migrating DTS packages to SSIS. In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. Certification in data architecture or related fields.
