| Hello Partner, Hope you doing well Job Title: Technical Product Owner Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, Preferred Locals) Experience: 10+ Years Must Have Skills: Scrum Agile Jira Key Responsibilities: Product Backlog Management: Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and company goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Sprint Planning and Execution: Lead sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands the requirements and is set up for success. Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure successful sprint execution and delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress and gathering feedback. Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Agile and Scrum Practices: Champion Agile and Scrum best practices within the team and organization. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Jira Management: Utilize Jira for tracking and managing the product backlog, sprints, and team performance. Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Jira to provide visibility into project status and progress. Technical Understanding: Possess a strong technical background to effectively communicate with the development team and understand technical constraints and opportunities. Ensure that technical debt is managed and addressed in the product backlog. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: Experience with Jira: Proficient in using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking team performance. Agile and Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology. Experience working as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment. Technical Acumen: Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
