What Youll Do

          The ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in maintaining and maturing the EOTSS service catalog

          The candidate will be responsible for core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents

          The ServiceNow Developer will also be responsible for technical design, ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with key business units to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform

          Responsible for the design, development, day-to-day maintenance, continuous improvement strategies, and support of the ServiceNow application systems and operations, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation

          Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and partnership with infrastructure and service support team members

          Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines

          Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation

          Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows

          Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies

          Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation

          Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework

          Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and Product Manager for implementation

          Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades, enhancements, new features

          Assist with developing Knowledge base articles that proactively address users issues

          Integrate tools such as SCCM, Meraki, and CrowdStrike into ServiceNow to manage Assets

What You'll Need

Required:

          ServiceNow System Admin Certification required.

          Minimum
3 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner

          Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping

          Knowledge of the ServiceNow app engine and the process for developing and supporting custom applications

          Hands on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules

          Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting and other use case areas are highly desirable

          Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces and UI Designer desirable

          Ability to draft and document test plans for both a technical and business user audience

          Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly; ability to anticipate and drive change

          Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering results

          Excellent demonstrable written and verbal communications skills

          Experience with Microsoft suite of office products Excel, Word, Teams etc. is desirable

          Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork

          Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

          Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures

          Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite

          The Incumbent must have extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow

          The incumbent must have experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping

          The incumbent must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

         
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist a plus

          ServiceNow Certified Application Developer a plus

          ITIL Certification is highly desirable
