https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=159465&uid= From: Rajiv Sharma, Tek Inspirations LLC rajiv.sharma@tekinspirations.com Reply to: rajiv.sharma@tekinspirations.com OracleHCM Cloud Techno Functional Consultant Location: Remote to Akron, OH Local Preferred Required US Experience: 10 Years Must-Have: CoreHR, NA Payroll, OTL LinkedIn Is Preferred but Need References Job Description * Candidate must be experienced in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, NA Payroll, Time & Labor module end to end independently. * Must have worked in 2 to 3 Oracle HCM Cloud NA Payroll Implementations and at least 1 Time & Labor implementation. * Must have worked as an Individual Contributor. * Must have functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud NA Payroll, OTL & Core HR modules. * Must have expertise in developing, modifying, debugging Fast Formula. * Must have loaded Payroll, Time & labor Data in Oracle HCM Cloud Application using HDL & HSDL. * Must have expertise in HCM Extract. * Must be aware on the Integration Key aspects with modules such as NA Payroll, Absence, OTL. * Must have experience in Implementing Security, Approval Workflow for Oracle HCM Cloud NA Payroll, Time & Labor modules. * Must be good to handle client Workshops, Unit Testing and creating Functional Design Documents. * Must be good at communication, project specific documentation and client handling skills. * Functional expertise in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Benefits, Absence etc.) will be added advantage. * Exp. in BIP, OTBI reports will be added advantage..
