Scope of the initiative includes, but is not limited to: Natural Gas Business LEAN Transition Maintaining overall Lean metrics consolidation / assist in setting up war room for natural gas leadership. KPI trees for Natural Gas Business Digital As-Builting Collaborating with GIS, Engineering, Capital Delivery, and Operations groups to plan and execute the Digital As-builting process that can be utilized across companys entire footprint, starting with the Natural Gas Business. Working with identified 3rd party vendors and Gas Platform groups on technology updates required to take full advantage of as-builting technology. Lead Pilot program, review data, host workshops/reviews with engaged personnel to gauge effectiveness of the solution and viability for business-wide implementation. Upon pilot completion, oversee company efforts for rollout plan and implementation across natural gas business.
