Be the go-to person for other leaders to resolve issues. Document and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on real estate systems Experience working with IBM tririga is must Proven expertise in eliciting, analysing, and documenting complex functional requirements Experience in running multitiered testing programs.
