ROLE #1 Job Position : Production Support Location: Plano, TX Onsite from day1 Job Description: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in supporting Windows server and desktop environments. Strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting various peripheral devices such as cash recyclers, credit card readers, thermal printers, and inventory scanners. Familiarity with network configurations, protocols, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) and proficiency in debugging device logs to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Experience in incident and problem management within a Windows-based computing environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training to non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Vendor management experience. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation of tasks. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management ROLE#2 Job Title: Application Support Location: Alpharetta, GA(Onsite from day1) Contract: Long term contract Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in production support, system monitoring, or SRE roles within J2EE environments. Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex issues. Proficiency in Java, J2EE technologies, and frameworks such as Spring and Weblogic. Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Shell). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (Azure). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins). Understanding of network protocols, load balancing, and security principles. Experience with database SQL queries. Ability to build Linux shell scripts on demand Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Desirable Skills: Certifications in Java, cloud technologies, or SRE methodologies. Familiarity with APM tools (AppDynamics), log management solutions (ELK/EFK stack) and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools (Quantum Metrics). Knowledge of creating dashboards in PowerBI, AppDynamics, Quantum Metrics and ELK/EFK stack.
