Role: ServiceNow Lead (Vendor Risk Management) - CGEMJP00261292 Duration: 12+ Months Location: 100% Remote Job Description: Primary Skills: ServiceNow VRM, governance, risk management and compliance, scripting, API, Agile methodology, computer science, information technology, customer development, risk management, problem solving, continuous improvement, technical design, user story, user training, CMS, ServiceNow, ServiceNow Mobile Agent app. Delivery Role: ServiceNow Lead (Vendor Risk Management). Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or any engineering field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience in Client Development. Ability to customize functionality within the ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules a must. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; sets priorities and follows a timeline. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a focus on solving problems; not someone who stops work when encountering a roadblock. Familiarity with the components of the GRC module within Client so that they can apply solutions with any eye toward continuous improvement. Solutions focused individual. Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution. Ability to perform Client platform development using Client APIs, Client Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules. Data importing and Transform Maps. Using Update Sets (including batched) to capture and promote changes between environments.
