Title: UI UX Designer Location: Phoenix, ARIZONA-HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) WORK VISA: USC AND GC CLIENT: MSS Advisory A UX Designer, or User Experience Designer, is responsible for monitoring user experience and ensuring that websites, software programs, and products are easy to use. Collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure the product strategy is being fulfilled. The UI UX Designer works closely with Web Developers, UI Designers and other UX Designers to create easy to use and aesthetically pleasing products for customers to engage with. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or Project Management Experience Three (3) years of working for both web and mobile platforms OR An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis. Other Requirements Experience with product management software tools. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
