Role: ServiceNow Lead Vendor Risk Mgmt Job Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or any engineering field, or equivalent experience. -3-5 years experience in Client Development. -Ability to customize functionality within the ServiceNOW ITSM and ITOM modules a must. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; sets priorities and follows a timeline. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a focus on solving problems; not someone who stops work when encountering a roadblock. -Familiarity with the components of the GRC module within Client so that they can apply solutions with any eye toward continuous improvement. -Solutions focused individual. -Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution. -Ability to perform Client platform development using Client APIs, Client Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules. -Data importing and Transform Maps. -Using Update Sets (including batched) to capture and promote changes between environments. -Understanding of the interactions between records in different, associated tables within Client as they pertain to seeded/hierarchical interaction and connectivity.
