Specifically, the program is tasked with moving various client operations onto a single instance SAP ERP platform across standard reporting, Budgeting, GL, and related feeder systems. This is a multi-year program encompassing large scale teams working on SAP ERP Requirements Definition, Legacy System Transition to SAP, Training & Change Management, and Sustainment Support. The SAP solution scope includes DoD specific processes aligned with SAP ECC solution components across FI, CO, FM, PS, AM, WFM, MM/IM, WM, SD. Description: We are looking for multiple SAP Data Consultants from Junior level to SME who can assist the command with Mock Cutover activities for the ongoing Data Migration. Consultants will assist in System Development, Data Conversion, and Data Validation while working closely with government staff to ensure a smooth transition and solid understanding of the new ERP system. This is a client facing role requiring a hybrid yet flexible on-site schedule. Available on-site locations include: Mayport, FL, Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, or Hawaii. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the government. Responsibilities: System Migration Develop and implement system migration for full transition of open items. Extract legacy data and analyze data conformance. Perform and guide pre-migration data cleansing and validation. Data Analysis and Validation Verify legacy data against client ERP business rules. Conduct fit/gap analysis for system changes. Ensure interfaces and data flows align with new business plans. Data Health and Management Produce and report data health analysis and cleansing metrics. Identify and resolve data quality issues. Develop data conversion plans and standardize data. Data Mapping and Documentation Execute and document data mappings. Update and finalize data mapping templates. Extract and monitor data loads from source systems. Validation and Error Resolution Develop validation tools for source data. Provide recommendations for SAP BODS data pre-load validations. Assist in error resolution during and after migration. Cutover Activities Execute pre-Cutover activities for data management/DSA loads. Conduct final data validation reviews post-migration. Support in financial statement validations and error tracking. Support and Strategy Development Research and mitigate data variances. Support BSOs with corrective actions for data health issues. Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance Required DoD experience required; Navy/Army experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Extensive experience in SAP data migration, data cleansing, and data mapping. Strong understanding of DoD ERP data formats and business processes. Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as ADVANA/Jupiter platform. Experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) and other data transformation tools.
