Responsibilities: Lead and manage the functional analysis process for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business owners, product managers, system architects, and developers, to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements Analyse and document complex functional requirements, translating business needs into clear, concise, and unambiguous user stories, test scenarios, traceability and system specifications Develop and maintain test strategy to verify system functionality and meet user expectations Able to functionally articulate key Integrations, E2E workflows, regression scenarios to ensure system integrity and eliminate overall functional failures. Be the go-to person for other leaders to resolve issues. Document and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on real estate systems Experience working with IBM tririga is must Proven expertise in eliciting, analysing, and documenting complex functional requirements Experience in running multitiered testing programs.
