Role Description:

Understand and Analyze requirements for a LMS+LXP implementation in a large pharmaceutical major with multiple stakeholders Ability to communicate product and environment related possibilities, capabilities, manage expectations Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyse and document needs in a collaborative way. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Work closely with Delivery and CoE teams at onsite and offshore to ensure quick and quality delivery of functionalities. Sorting our integration and data related issues of Degreed Working with Client, Degreed and third party content providers for creation of report and sorting our data related issues Supporting application, integration and other teams to troubleshoot incase of issues.

Essential Skills:

The associate must have worked as a Business Analyst in Learning and Learning Experience domain He must be able to drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify process and adoption improvement measure and best practices Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, supporting multiple roll-outs and continuous release of functionalities in a DevOps mode Must be an experienced Degreed Consultant-with 2-3 degreed implementation and configuration experience. Must have LMS implementation and support experience in SuccessFactors or similar LMS Working knowledge around Skills, competencies and role management, reports using Degreed intelligence. Understanding od Degreed talent marketplace Working knowledge of Degreed integrations with 3rd party content providers, Skills engines, HRMS and LMS systems Excellent understanding of frequently faced issues for Degreed and content providers

Desirable Skills:

Working experience in a DevOps environment Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Degreed Certification / LMS certifications (SF) Visier Analytics tool certified / 2-4+yr experience - Deep hands-on experience in Visier Analytics tools is preferred Any other top BI tools (e.g. Power BI / EdGraph ) experience
